The Brücke der Freundschaft e.V. makes it possible to stay with members of other PTP clubs during an exchange program - called "homestays".
You go either as an ambassador of our country to a club abroad or welcome foreign visitors as a host at your home.
Each exchange program here and abroad is carefully organized and supervised by an exchange director.
As an ambassador of our country you live with a family for several days participating in everyday life, developing an understanding for each other and getting rid of any prejudices. You will see that there is hardly any difference between their joys and sorrows and ours.
Your host may have a different life style. Be flexible and be prepared to learn new things. You need not be afraid of difficulties with the language. A smile is understood everywhere, because everybody smiles in the same language!
As a host in Germany for several days you give your guest or guests the opportunity to learn about your personal way of life, your habits as well as the culture and traditions of our country.
